The multiple = value ÷ what you pay — change our pricing on the left and watch it move. Insight ROI is indicative (strategic). Switching saving vs incumbent is shown separately (it assumes you replace a paid checkout). Operational efficiency for 3PL merchants accrues to the courier (see Logistics tab), not the merchant — only the return-cost portion is counted here.
